An Oncore Life is the best version of yourself. An Oncore Life is designed around 10 life areas (sections) which is upheld by 4 pillars.
For many of us it is not until there is a crisis or significant disease that investment into self improvement or self help happens. Yes, we can all be guilty of sitting on the sideline of our own lives BUT the good news is it doesn't matter where you are on your life journey, at anytime you can decide to Step into your Power and curate your best Oncore Life.
The 4 Pillars for an Oncore Life
Enrichment: mind and spirit
A enriched mind is achieved when stress and worry are kept at bay. Positive thoughts, gratitude, and feelings of joy are present. There is a thirst for knowledge and lifelong learning.
An enriched spirit is centred and understands that we are all part of something much bigger than just ourselves. There is a sense of connection and expansiveness that can be tapped into through breath, mindfulness, meditation or altruism.
Abundance: energy and vibrancy
1,440 minutes per day is the amount of time deposited into our time bank. Abundant energy and vibrancy can be experienced daily. Morning and evening routines can set you up for success, building daily habits to support you to live with vibrancy and energy.
There is so much information available on the importance of exercise yet more than ever many of us live a totally sedentary lifestyle. We are meant to move, the exercise choices we make everyday can add up to increased energy, better mood, significant health benefits including: agility, flexibility and strength.
A nourished body is free of disease and illness, and is not riddled with pain and inflammation. A nourished body is fed fresh food, is not over-fed and is given time to rest and digest.
Some simple tweaks to your daily habits could see you completely transform.
Simplicity: living more with less
Unfortunately we live in a world where consumerism is what we know. Fast fashion, discount stores, throw away society, a want culture. Do you ever stop and think that there is more to life than possessions? With the world in turmoil and significant environmental concerns why do we need more, more, more? Simplicity can come in the form of decluttering, streamlining your life and systems, consciously spending, eating slowly, being present, making better product choices for the environment. Simple living can lead to less stress, less distraction, more freedom and time not to mention it is great for the home, mind and environment.
Community: Find your people and join the Oncore Life community
Feeling connected to a community is key to feeling good and living Strong 50, 60, 70 and beyond. Bonding through learning, values and goals will elevate your sense of well being and belonging. Do all you can to open yourself up to your Oncore Life. The Oncore Life community embodies lifestyle redesign; getting serious about life's encore, a functional core, heart centre, purpose, future self and all things to keep us full of life.
